The Book by John Walston

Keep On Moving

How to Move Through Anxiety and Embrace the Struggle

An honest, direct guide to moving through life’s pain — written from John’s own experience and built around one simple idea: move your body, and your mind will follow.

About the Book

John Walston was pulled deep into a dark place — and worked relentlessly to get control of his life and climb out. Keep On Moving shows you how to move through and out of your own pain. John speaks from real life experience and from everything he learned on the way back. His advice is deeply caring but not sugar-coated.

The message is simple: be ready to move your body and your mind. If you’re ready to rewrite your story, stop being defined by your challenges, and take ownership of your path forward — start reading, and keep on moving.
