We're incredibly grateful for your unwavering support throughout 2023. Together, we've achieved milestones that have made a tangible difference. Thanks to our amazing community, we raised over $3,500 for the New York Run For The Fallen, directly supporting our Gold Star Families. Thank you!
The Eagle Challenge was a resounding success, raising over $6,000 for three cherished local charities: Ronald McDonald House, Equinox, and South End Children’s Cafe. Your generosity has been the driving force behind these accomplishments. Thank you!
Thank you for being part of our journey. Your support not only helps our programs but also spreads joy and hope. As we bid farewell to 2023 and welcome the new year, let's keep moving forward with smiles and kindness. Take good care of yourselves and each other.
Happy Holidays, and Keep On Smiling!
Warmly,
John Walston

This past weekend, our team completed the 6th Annual New York Run for the Fallen. We ran about 150 miles over the course of 3 days across New York to honor military fallen heroes and their families.
We have achieved our April goal of donating $2000 for Albany PAL (Police Athletic League) thanks to many generous individuals who are motivated to support others in our community.
This reality provides an illustration that we all can be unified by positive choices and a focus on being decent human beings. It is so much easier to be awesome and focused on spreading positivity than to be focused on negativity and misery.
I was so delighted on Wednesday to meet Sgt. (Ret.) Leonard Ricchiuti at the baseball fields on Crank St. to drop off the donation check and see the kids playing on the baseball fields (before the rain…).
The smiles on the kids faces and the parents watching the kids enjoy themselves was a tremendous gift to witness. You helped make that happen.
]]>I am so excited to share the news that we achieved our goal of raising $2000.00 for Girls On The Run! It is reassuring that there are so many people in our community who are committed to focusing their energy in productive directions.
I believe that the same great energy exists in all communities and we just need to be relentless in empowering others to shine bright everywhere.
Donations and apparel profit we collected during the winter of 2021 is helping 10-12 Capital Region children age 3-5 attend a spring after school program sponsored by Girls on the Run of the Capital Region.
Rather than sitting at home glued to a screen, these children are getting the physical and social activity they need to stay healthy.
The smallest of positive actions can affect someone in a huge way and for years to come. That's why we believe in the power of the ripple effect.
Thanks for your support.
